About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer to join a dynamic enterprise application development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture. The role involves building secure RESTful APIs, integrating backend services with databases and third-party systems, and delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment. Candidates with Full Stack development experience using React or Angular are highly preferred. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in the complete software development lifecycle, optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to CI/CD and cloud-based deployments. The ideal candidate possesses excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for building reliable, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Java development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17
• Spring Boot
• Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security)
• Microservices Architecture
• RESTful API Development
• Hibernate/JPA
• SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL)
• Maven or Gradle
• Git/GitHub
• Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito)
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Memphis, TN or Austin, TX)
