About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or engineering or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of industry experience. This role requires a senior-level Java developer with relational database experience, specifically working for a Business Rules management system. Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Springboot, and Microservices/cloud is mandatory. The position involves core Java development, experience with writing rules using the IBM ODM product, Production Analysis, and forward-thinking capabilities. Strong communication skills are essential for timely and accurate work delivery. This is an individual contributor role where you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, design scalable, fault-tolerant, and performant solutions, and ensure deployment readiness by focusing on production preparation, performance optimization, and addressing database tasks. Knowledge of Autosys, WebSphere application server, Tomcat, and Agile-driven development is also required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience.
