About The Position

As a Senior Java Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications within a fast‑paced Agile environment. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions, contribute to architectural design, mentor team members, and ensure timely execution of critical projects while maintaining strong coding and development standards.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience with Java, Spring Framework, and web services including REST and SOAP.
• 3–5 years of experience designing and developing enterprise‑level solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Experience using collaboration and development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, or similar.
• Proficiency in creating architectural diagrams and detailed technical documentation.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience with databases such as SQL Server and NoSQL platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑level applications using Java and modern frameworks.

• Develop architectural diagrams, software components, and automated test scripts.

• Mentor junior developers and promote coding best practices and standards.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and performance optimization initiatives.
