About The Position
The purpose of the role is to design, develop, and improve software, utilizing various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues. This involves the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives. Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promotion of a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing are essential. Staying informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contributing to the organization’s technology communities is expected. Adherence to secure coding practices and implementation of effective unit testing practices are also key aspects of this role.

- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of financial applications.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, design scalable and reliable application components and functionalities.
- Implement software changes through third line support.
