About The Position

The Senior IT Technical Lead is the hands-on technical owner for Justrite's product information, digital asset, and integration platforms. This role owns inRiver PIM, Bynder DAM, and Boomi; architects how they connect with Salesforce, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, along with manufacturing ERPs; and leads the projects, vendors, governance, and data practices that keep this ecosystem reliable and scalable. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years in enterprise IT with progressive technical responsibility, including 3+ years in a senior, lead, or architect-level role.
  • Hands-on ownership of a PIM and/or DAM platform. inRiver and Bynder are strongly preferred; comparable platforms are acceptable with clearly transferable depth.
  • Hands-on integration development and architecture on an iPaaS platform. Boomi is strongly preferred; MuleSoft, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, or SnapLogic experience is transferable.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications across CRM (including Salesforce), eCommerce, content/DXP, order management, and ERP environments.
  • Strong master data fundamentals: data modeling, taxonomy design, governance, stewardship, and data-quality measurement.
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional technology projects with delivery, budget, risk, and stakeholder accountability.
  • Practical vendor management experience across SOWs, SLAs, escalations, licensing, and renewals.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, data transformation, and SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently, set priorities, and build credibility with engineers, business leaders, and executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters Degree.
  • inRiver, Bynder, and/or Boomi certifications or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, a multi-brand product company, or acquisition/serial-acquirer integration environments.
  • Adobe Commerce (Magento) and/or Adobe Experience Manager implementation or integration experience.
  • Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, and Power BI semantic model experience.
  • Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ).
  • Familiarity with product-data standards and syndication to distributor and marketplace channels.
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, TOGAF, ITIL, or comparable certification.

Responsibilities

  • Own platform roadmaps, configuration standards, environments, releases, licensing, security/roles, documentation, health, and continuous improvement for inRiver, Bynder, and Boomi.
  • Own end-to-end integration architecture across PIM, DAM, CRM, commerce, web, analytics, and ERP; define systems of record, data flows, interface contracts, and fit-for-purpose integration patterns.
  • Build, test, and deploy Boomi processes with reusable components, logging, alerting, exception handling, and sound lifecycle practices.
  • Integrate acquired-company and legacy systems while balancing speed, reliability, and long-term architectural standards.
  • Define product and digital asset master-data strategy, ownership, lifecycle, taxonomy/data models, governance, and measurable data-quality standards.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics so platform data lands cleanly in Microsoft Fabric and supports Power BI reporting.
  • Lead platform and integration projects end to end: scope, requirements, estimates, sequencing, resources, risks/issues, testing, cutover, hypercare, budget, and backlog prioritization.
  • Translate business needs into buildable technical requirements and clear executive status; lead design reviews and serve as escalation point for complex platform, integration, and data issues.
  • Manage software vendors and implementation partners, including delivery quality, SLAs, escalations, roadmap reviews, SOWs, licensing/renewals, and value/cost analysis.
  • Build internal capability through documentation, training, mentoring, and business-user enablement; contribute to IT strategy and acquisition/digital-commerce roadmaps.
