About The Position

The Senior Technical Lead is an expert who provides technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled software, applications, products, and services. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership for the implementation of complex software and data integration projects to ensure solutions align with customer functional/non-functional requirements, architectural standards, security guidelines, and compliance regulations.
Working alongside engineering management, the Senior Technical Lead oversees day-to-day software development, works hands-on with the development team, and actively collaborates with PMO, Architecture, QA, and Product Management teams. The ideal candidate drives engineering components within Agile Scrum teams and proactively clears technical obstacles across cross-functional groups.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of healthcare IT or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in one or more core development stacks: C#, .NET Platform, ASP.NET, JavaScript, MVC, MVVM
• Palantir OSDK, React, Workshop, and Foundry
• iOS Programming / Mobile Development
• Modern Data Lake & Enterprise Data Warehousing architectures
• ETL, ELT, Change Data Capture (CDC), Pub/Sub, and event-driven data integrations
• Relational & NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
• Data Modeling (3NF, Dimensional, Data Vault, Key-Value, XML, JSON, DDL/DML)
• DevOps & CI/CD tooling experience (Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git, Artifactory).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance, code architecture, and mentoring to Developers, Senior Developers, and Technical Leads across the team.
• Translate business requirement specifications into robust technical designs and system architecture specifications.
• Lead the design and implementation of applications, data integrations, and scalable technology solutions.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA to scope, estimate, and deliver engineering milestones on schedule.
• Lead and participate in rigorous peer code reviews, enforce design standards, and collaborate with enterprise architects.
• Perform other related technical and operational duties as assigned.
