About The Position

The Senior IT Systems Analyst supports the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of business systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce. This role partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to evaluate needs, develop system solutions, manage enhancements, and provide ongoing technical support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator experience.
Experience supporting system design, implementation, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
Experience with project management and technical support.
Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and technology best practices.

Responsibilities

Triage incoming system tickets, prioritize requests based on urgency and impact, and manage assigned tickets through resolution.
Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to identify system needs and improve existing applications and workflows.
Design and implement Salesforce enhancements and other system solutions, including requirements, timelines, and implementation considerations.
Test system changes and enhancements to ensure functionality, security, and alignment with business requirements.
Maintain clear system documentation, ticket updates, and implementation records to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Salesforce and other business systems, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
Train and support users on system functionality, enhancements, and processes.
