About The Position

The Senior IT Support Analyst is the primary on-site technology resource for assigned office, delivering both everyday desktop support and high-visibility, white-glove technology service in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT End User Services, this role blends traditional end user support — troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and M365 issues for office-based employees — with specialized responsibility for executive technology, live event production, and boardroom-grade AV systems. The Senior IT Support Analyst is regularly the face of IT for C-suite leadership, board members, analysts, and investors, ensuring flawless technology performance during earnings webcasts, investor days, board presentations, and other high-stakes events. This is a fully on-site, hands-on role requiring strong technical versatility, sound judgment under pressure, and the professionalism to represent IT in front of senior stakeholders and external guests.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent years of industry experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience, including desktop support, AV/event technology, and end user troubleshooting.
  • Experience setting up and operating AV equipment for executive-level meetings and events: conference room systems, webcasting, video conferencing, microphones, displays, and streaming technology.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and basic administration, including account management and Entra ID, Intune and Autopilot.
  • Windows 10/11 and MacOS desktop support, troubleshooting, and imaging.
  • AV and event production: conference room systems, webcasting equipment, video conferencing, streaming, and live event production
  • Experience providing direct technology support to senior executives in a corporate office environment.
  • Executive-facing presence: comfortable and professional working directly with C-suite, board members, and external investors.
  • Experience supporting investor relations or corporate communications events: earnings calls, investor presentations, or board meetings.
  • Reliable follow-through: completes assigned work on time without needing reminders.
  • Clear documentation habits: writes accurate ticket notes and follows established procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level IT support for office-based employees, including troubleshooting and configuring hardware, software, network connectivity, printing, and M365 application issues.
  • Resolve tickets within established SLAs.
  • Escalate issues that exceed scope to the Senior Manager or the MSP service desk.
  • Document all support activity in the ITSM ticketing system.
  • Provide white-glove desktop and technology support to C-suite executives, including priority response, workstation setup, home office technology configuration, and travel tech preparation.
  • Serve as the on-site technology point of contact for executive leadership, visiting board members, and other key stakeholders at the office.
  • Ensure executives have working, tested technology before every meeting, presentation, or external engagement.
  • Set up and operate AV equipment for earnings webcasts, investor days, board presentations, analyst meetings, and company town halls.
  • Run rehearsals, manage run-of-show technology, monitor live feeds, troubleshoot issues in real time, and break down equipment after events.
  • Coordinate with external AV vendors and webcast providers when events exceed in-house production capability.
  • Support off-site investor events and dinners with portable AV and connectivity solutions.
  • Maintain all office conference room technology: Teams Rooms systems, displays, cameras, microphones, and wireless presentation devices.
  • Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance so equipment is ready before it is needed.
  • Set up temporary or overflow meeting spaces for board visits and investor days.
  • Manage guest Wi-Fi access, loaner devices, and visitor connectivity for external guests.
  • Coordinate the delivery of hardware to end users.
  • Manage office hardware and supplies.
  • Maintain inventory records for endpoints, peripherals, conference room equipment, and track loaner devices.
  • Support account provisioning, password resets, MFA troubleshooting, group membership updates, and access requests following established procedures.
  • Assist with requirements gathering and participate in hardware refreshes, office buildouts, technology deployments, equipment relocations, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
