About The Position

We are seeking a Senior IT Security Analyst to lead efforts in protecting our organization’s systems, networks, and data. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security threats, as well as guiding security best practices across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• 5-7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Experience with vulnerability management and incident response.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH preferred.
• Experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred.
• Scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and investigate alerts, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
• Lead incident response efforts, including containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits.
• Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure secure system design and operation.
• Stay current on emerging threats and recommend proactive solutions.
• Mentor junior security staff and provide technical guidance.
