About The Position

As a Senior IT Security Analyst, you will perform advanced cybersecurity work with a high degree of autonomy to help maintain a secure IT environment and anticipate potential threats. You will apply thorough security measures and guide less experienced team members. The role includes advanced threat detection and monitoring, incident response and recovery, access management, policy development, training, risk assessment, and security-tool evaluation. Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI/DSS, and NIST-based audits and assessments is also expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced threat detection and monitoring activities.
• Leverage AI and agents to improve work effectiveness and productivity.
• Work with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI/DSS, and NIST-based audits and assessments.
• Coordinate comprehensive incident response and recovery efforts.
• Manage access controls and monitor user activity for anomalies.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Provide advanced security training sessions and workshops.
• Evaluate and recommend new security tools and technologies.
• Conduct security risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations on security status and incidents.
• Guide less experienced team members.
