Senior IT Recruitment Partner Workplace Warszawa You will be responsible for: Independently leading end-to-end recruitment processes for mainly IT roles, with full ownership of project delivery and selection strategy. You’ll be expected to operate as an experienced headhunter — confidently reaching out to senior and highly specialised talent. (You’ll get a solid onboarding and support at the start, but full ownership of your processes is key.) Designing and executing advanced sourcing and headhunting strategies across multiple channels. This includes proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates, activating your own network, and continuously building strong, long-term talent pipelines. Partnering closely with leaders across various business areas, acting as a trusted advisor on hiring needs, talent market dynamics, and recruitment best practices. Our managers are collaborative and open; we’ll expect you to provide strategic guidance and high-quality counsel. Championing an outstanding Candidate Experience by keeping communication transparent, timely, and respectful. You’ll play a central role in shaping and upholding these standards. Identifying, proposing, and implementing improvements in our recruitment and HR processes. Many of our frameworks are already well-developed, but we count on your senior perspective — especially in sourcing and market intelligence — to take them even further.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience independently running end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles — full ownership from sourcing to offer.
  • Highly developed sourcing and headhunting skills — including reaching passive candidates, activating your own professional network, and creatively navigating different channels to find the right people.
  • Ability to act as a true partner for business leaders by sharing market insights, advising on role profiles, and shaping hiring plans together.
  • A solid track record of delivering excellent Candidate Experience and maintaining consistently high standards throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Very good command of English (C1) — non-negotiable.
  • Fluency in Polish.
  • High interpersonal awareness, proactiveness, and readiness to suggest improvements or new approaches when needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while staying organised, professional, and focused on delivering high-quality results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Azure-related positions is a strong plus.
  • We’re looking for someone with proven headhunting capability, especially within Data roles.
