The role will be focused on the following: Developing a plan for building and scaling the business Developing Talent’s brand across the US Contributing to the success of a successful team of Sales Professionals and Recruitment Consultants Developing clear business priorities and ensuring associated delivery Representing the broader offerings within the global business and identifying cross-selling opportunities Strategic business development and client acquisition Developing existing & profitable client relationships in new areas - both local/US based relationships and those arising from our global operations For the Digital role - Assisting the Director of Digital in building a unique proposition to our customers, candidates and clients For the Microsoft Dynamics role - Focus on the full Dynamics suite working closely with the team - all 'franchise players' with exceptional experience and talent
