About The Position

The Recruitment Experience Partner is responsible for developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies that strengthen the MGM Resorts International brand, attract top talent, and enhance the candidate experience. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to deliver impactful campaigns and engagement initiatives across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • strategic, data-driven marketing professional with strong collaboration skills and a solid foundation in both digital and recruitment marketing
  • over two years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand strategy, campaign management, or marketing analytics, along with at least one year supporting Talent Acquisition or recruitment marketing
  • strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media
  • excel in communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement
  • analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and translate those insights into actionable strategies
  • organized, collaborative, and effective at driving insight-led marketing efforts that support both brand visibility and recruitment goals

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, job boards, and other channels to promote employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create targeted messaging for candidates.
  • Advise the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment marketing best practices, campaign management, and employer branding strategies.
  • Ensure recruitment marketing initiatives are supported with appropriate tools , data, and technology platforms; gather requirements for enhancements and communicate needs to business partners.
  • Manage and monitor candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including segmentation, nurturing, and communication strategies to increase application rates and candidate quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications) and external partners (Agencies, Vendors, and Job Boards).
  • Create and manage content calendars for recruitment marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and relevant messaging across all platforms.
  • Partner with leadership to develop annual recruitment marketing plans and budgets; manage projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Stay current on key trends in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, and labor market research; apply insights to improve strategies and outcomes.
