Requirements
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading IT projects involving software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, or enterprise applications.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and closure.
- Delivering projects within approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives while ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Driving project milestones and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical resources.
- Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Leading status meetings and providing regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, financial forecasts, status reports, and presentations.
- Ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Monitoring project performance and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Facilitating decision-making and resolving project-related challenges.
- Supporting IT initiatives and strategic technology programs across the organization.
