Requirements

  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading IT projects involving software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, or enterprise applications.
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and closure.
  • Delivering projects within approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives while ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Driving project milestones and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical resources.
  • Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Leading status meetings and providing regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, financial forecasts, status reports, and presentations.
  • Ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Monitoring project performance and taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Facilitating decision-making and resolving project-related challenges.
  • Supporting IT initiatives and strategic technology programs across the organization.
