This position serves as the on-site Program Manager for a DISA records management and automatic declassification support contract. The individual is the single point of accountability for contract performance across two task areas: declassification review support at the NARA Interagency Referral Center and records/information management (RIM) modernization at DISA Fort Meade. The role ensures all deliverables meet quality, schedule, and security requirements with minimal government intervention. The Program Manager will lead a cross-site, cleared team supporting mission-critical federal records and declassification operations, acting as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Government. This role requires an experienced leader capable of directing concurrent efforts at geographically separated sites while maintaining rigorous quality control, security compliance, and continuity of coverage. The successful candidate will combine disciplined project management expertise with a working knowledge of federal records and information management practices, applying proven methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor all contract activities. This individual will establish and enforce processes that meet defined acceptable quality levels, manage risk and change proactively, and deliver consistent, accurate performance across both task areas. This is a full-time, on-site position based at DISA Headquarters, Fort Meade, Maryland, with occasional travel to NARA Archives II in College Park, Maryland. An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship are required.
