About The Position

AtkinsRealis USA Inc. seeks a Senior IT Project Manager in Tampa, FL. This role involves planning, initiating, and managing IT security projects and initiatives to support organizational security objectives. The position requires coordinating the planning and execution of IT security project roadmaps and implementation plans, conducting security risk and impact assessments, and developing and maintaining information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. The Senior IT Project Manager will also manage the development of security metrics, KPIs, and reporting methods, ensure security awareness and training program development, and lead the development and implementation of Audit Remediation Plans and Audit Maps. Additionally, the role includes leading the development and rollout of IT security Processes & Procedures, identifying and implementing continuous process improvements, and planning, executing, and delivering complex IT security initiatives using established project management methodologies. Responsibilities encompass managing all project phases from strategy definition to implementation, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and developing and maintaining PMO artifacts. The role will coordinate various Cyber Security Projects such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), PAM, Service Account Governance, MFA, Network Segmentation, Information Protection, and DLP. Managing vendor relationships and third-party contracts, including SOW preparation, budget control, and invoice management, is also a key responsibility, along with conducting third-party security risk assessments. The position may require travel to unanticipated work locations throughout the United States, with remote working or telecommuting permitted in all U.S. States, in accordance with company policy. Relocation to an area within a reasonable commuting distance from the job opportunity is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in job offered, IT Project Manager, Cybersecurity Project Manager, or in a related occupation.
  • Employer will accept two additional years of related work experience for an unrelated field of study.
  • Employer will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Academic training or work experience in Project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
  • Academic training or work experience in Management of cybersecurity portfolios, programs, and critical security Initiatives.
  • Academic training or work experience in P&L, forecasting and budget planning.
  • Academic training or work experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Academic training or work experience in Information security frameworks & standards including ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and ITIL.
  • Academic training or work experience in IT regulatory and legal requirements (SOX and PCI).
  • Academic training or work experience in ServiceNow, Oracle, and Sphere.
  • Academic training or work experience in Security Infrastructure Project Management (Active Directory, network segmentation, zero trust).

Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate, and manage IT security projects and initiatives supporting organizational security objectives.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of IT security project roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Conduct security risk and impact assessments to support project scope, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
  • Manage the development of security metrics, KPIs and reporting methods.
  • Ensure security awareness and training program development.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Audit Remediation Plans and Audit Maps to address identifying findings.
  • Lead the development and rollout of the IT security Processes & Procedures.
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements within the IT security and PMO.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver complex and critical IT security initiatives following established project management methodologies.
  • Manage all project phases including strategy definition, charter development, resource planning, integrated scheduling, risk and budget management and implementation.
  • Ensure the development of comprehensive documentation, including architecture design, network design, requirements, IT security processes, procedures and reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain all PMO artifacts (Charter, PID, Project Plan, Resource Plan, RAID Log, etc.).
  • Coordinate a wide variety of Cyber Security Projects like Identity & Access Management (IAM), PAM, Service Account Governance, MFA, Network Segmentation, Information Protection, DLP and other cyber security and infrastructure projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts, including SOW preparation, budget control and invoice management.
