About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager who can bridge deep technical understanding with enterprise-wide strategic execution — someone who speaks the language of integration architects, data architects, ERP configurators, and business leaders alike. In this role you will support Corporate Information Technology and business transformation initiatives to ensure that the complex enterprise architecture and data management dependencies are managed as an integral component of the overall transformation project plan. You will be responsible for aligning technology delivery with business outcomes, managing dependencies across systems and teams, and ensuring our most critical transformation initiatives land on time and on value. This role partners closely with analysts, data specialists, engineers, program leadership, functional SMEs, and corporate IT to coordinate dependencies, drive execution, and keep critical data-related work moving. This role will required weekly onsite work at our Reston, VA office with some hybrid/remote flexibility. This is a senior individual-contributor role with program leadership authority, reporting to the Chief of Staff, Corporate Information Technology. You will manage the technical delivery across a portfolio of concurrent business transformation projects and serve as the primary escalation point for technical delivery issues.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise technology implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a quantitative science field of study
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-system integration programs in a corporate IT or consulting environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-lifecycle ERP, HCM, or CRM implementations involving cross-functional teams of 20+ people
  • Experience working within or alongside a Transformation, PMO, or Center of Excellence function
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise integration patterns — point-to-point, pub/sub, ESB, API-led connectivity — and ability to review and challenge technical design decisions
  • Hands-on experience managing SIT, data migration validation, and cutover execution for multi-system go-lives
  • Ability to read and interpret solution architecture diagrams, integration interface catalogs, and data flow documentation
  • Fluency in at least three enterprise value chains (Source to Pay, Hire to Retire, Order to Cash, Record to Report, or equivalent)
  • Experience managing programs on at least one major enterprise platform: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Deltek, or Salesforce
  • Executive presence — confident presenting program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to produce crisp, decision-ready program reporting for business stakeholders about complex technical topics
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills; effective at driving alignment across competing priorities
  • High accountability and ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told there is a problem
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; able to structure and sequence work in complex, fast-changing environments

Nice To Haves

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification Preferred
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent Agile-at-scale certification strongly preferred
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or an engineering field
  • Experience in a Big 4, management consulting, or large professional services firm
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled enterprise tools (Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic) and their integration implications
  • Experience with implementing Icertis CMS preferred
  • Experience with Zycus preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of Corporate Information Technology projects — from initiation and scoping through go-live and hypercare — across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Define and manage integration project plans covering middleware, APIs, ERP modules, and data migration; identify dependencies, risks, and critical path with precision
  • Serve as the technical liaison between solution architects, integration developers, business process owners, and executive sponsors — translating between business requirements and technical deliverables
  • Lead coordination of data migration, data cleansing, validation, and readiness activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, RAID logs, governance cadences, and status reporting packages for senior leadership and steering committees
  • Manage system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live readiness across multi-system implementations
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across business units, IT, and vendors; facilitate design workshops, decision reviews, and escalation forums
  • Manage third-party system integrator and vendor relationships; hold delivery partners accountable to contractual commitments and quality standards
