About The Position

This is a temporary, 12-month project with possible extensions for a Senior IT Project Manager to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Jupiter West, FL. This role requires candidates to be able to relocate as required. The project involves managing complex, multi-workstream IT programs within a regulated environment.

Requirements

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Jupiter West, FL
IT project management experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs (8+ years)
Vendor governance and oversight experience
Experience with SOW/PO management, budget forecasting, variance management (≤5% target)
Experience with GRC reviews and procurement in regulated environments
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and/or Power BI

Nice To Haves

Nuclear or large-scale utility site project experience
Experience with Client’s IT delivery standards
Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery experience
Experience in highly regulated industries (nuclear, utilities, or energy)
PMP or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

Maintain a consolidated view of all assigned IT project workstreams, milestones, and dependencies
Proactively identify and resolve schedule risks across vendor and internal PM teams
Own the IT risk and issues register; escalate critical risks to ITN leadership in a timely, structured manner
Develop and deliver regular status reports to ITN and nuclear business leadership
Translate technical project updates into clear, leadership-ready reporting
Ensure all assigned projects adhere to NextEra IT delivery standards and governance frameworks
Conduct governance reviews to identify and close delivery gaps
