About The Position

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the rollout and integration of LIMS across multiple sites. The role focuses strongly on system integration, including interfaces between LIMS and SAP/S4HANA, MES, and laboratory instruments.

Requirements

Strong experience in IT project management and system integration.
Experience with complex interfaces and interconnected IT landscapes.
Strong planning skills and ability to manage interdependencies.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Strong drive to completion and ownership mentality.
Fast learner who can navigate complexity and unfamiliar systems.
Experience with LIMS systems.
Documentation of GxP within the Life Sciences/pharma industry.

Responsibilities

Lead LIMS rollouts across multiple sites.
Drive integrations with SAP/S4HANA, MES, laboratory instruments, and other systems.
Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
Coordinate technical teams and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
Identify and resolve issues and blockers proactively.
