About The Position

This role is for a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Enterprise Implementations. The primary responsibility is to own a portfolio of concurrent enterprise Klir implementations, including an initial anchor program with a large, multi-agency public-sector customer. The role requires balancing priorities, capacity, and risk across multiple projects, ensuring consistent delivery standards while adapting to customer-specific needs. Key activities include leading project initiation, developing project documentation, establishing delivery cadences, managing integrated project plans, tracking risks and issues, and collaborating with internal teams and customers on change control and scope discussions. The position also involves serving as the primary counterpart to customer IT Project Managers, building trusted relationships, and navigating enterprise and public-sector environments. Commercial and milestone oversight, technical and data collaboration (including system integrations, data migration, and data exchange), and ensuring customer success and value realization through training and workflow alignment are also crucial aspects of the role. Success is defined by predictable and professional delivery of multiple enterprise implementations, proactive management of portfolio-level risks, customers viewing Klir as a trusted partner, aligned internal teams, and customers achieving long-term value.
