Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Operations Technician or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure management.
Strong knowledge of network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations.
Proficiency with Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and IT service management software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA are preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware components.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software to meet organizational needs.
Collaborate with IT support teams to provide timely and effective technical assistance to end-users.
Develop and implement IT operations procedures and best practices to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
Conduct regular system backups, recovery operations, and disaster recovery planning to safeguard critical data.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex IT problems, providing solutions in a timely manner to reduce operational disruptions.
Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on business operations.
