Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
10+ years working in IT operations, including 24/7 IT Service Desk management experience.
Proven experience leading a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced IT environment.
Excellent collaboration, problem solving and communication skills.

Develop high-performing teams while fostering strong partnerships between IT and business leaders.
Analyze performance and operational trends to identify opportunities, solve challenges and improve IT service delivery.
Translate complex operational findings into clear recommendations that help leadership make informed decisions and drive meaningful improvements.
Provide strategic leadership for disaster recovery initiatives that protect critical systems and strengthen operational resilience.
