About The Position

Senior-level IT Operations professional responsible for supporting end-user computing environments across Windows and macOS platforms. The role focuses on endpoint lifecycle management, hardware and peripheral support, troubleshooting complex device and application issues, onboarding/offboarding support, operational process improvement, and delivering a high-quality customer support experience. The individual will work closely with IT and business stakeholders while leveraging endpoint management tools such as Intune and Jamf to maintain a secure and efficient user environment.
