About The Position

This IT leadership role oversees the entire technology landscape, combining strategic planning with hands-on infrastructure management to ensure operational efficiency, security, and staff development. Key responsibilities include creating technology roadmaps, managing IT budgets and vendors, and ensuring compliance through robust cybersecurity measures.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT management of 5–10 years minimum, with demonstrated leadership in technical projects.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, Sequencing and MES systems, network infrastructure, and Microsoft products.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
ITIL (IT Service Management) certification
Relevant vendor certifications
Excellent coaching abilities
Excellent communication abilities
Excellent decision-making abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or commensurate work experience.
Ability to translate business goals into actionable IT initiatives.
Highly skilled at solving complex technical issues and managing risk.
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff and executives.
Experience with Epicor CMS ERP Systems
Experience with Mattec MES
Experience with PDS Vista Payroll
Experience with Synerion Time & Attendance
Experience with HMI technologies
Experience with Microsoft solutions including Server OS 2019+, Windows 10+, Windows CE, SQL Server, o365, etc.

Responsibilities

Develop IT roadmaps, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server-based computing, network operations, and data systems.
Hire, train, mentor, and coach IT staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Direct large-scale IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and align with security requirements.
Manage financial resources, vendor contracts, and license renewals, including spending optimization.
