About The Position
Take ownership of complex, hands-on IT deployments across diverse environments. As a Sr. IT Field Services Technician with our client, you’ll lead installations, troubleshoot critical systems, and help build a growing field services team from the ground up. This role blends technical depth with leadership, supporting real-world operations where reliability and execution matter most.
Requirements
- Strong experience across networking (Cisco/Meraki), systems, and virtualization
- Ability to lead projects and mentor team members
- Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work
- Clean driving record required
- Experience working in industrial or safety-conscious environments (OSHA awareness a plus)
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support IT systems across field locations
- Troubleshoot network, system, and hardware issues onsite
- Lead technical deployments and infrastructure projects
- Maintain inventory, documentation, and service records
- Support virtualization, networking, and endpoint environments
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to field technicians
