Senior IT Engineer Windows Client
About The Position
Design, configure, and maintain ContiTech’s global Windows Client Environment based on Windows 11 and MDT. Design, configure, and maintain the future Windows Client Environment based on Intune and Autopilot. Design, implement, and maintain global tools related to ContiTech’s Windows Client service, interfacing with Active Directory, MDT, and SQL-based databases. Responsible for operational tasks, advanced testing, and documentation within the Windows Client area. Manage providers for 2nd and 3rd Level support. Facilitate knowledge management and knowledge transfer to the local IT Administrator community and external service providers. Coordinate projects and perform related tasks for the Windows Client environment. Design, configure, and maintain ContiTech’s global MAC Client environment based on Intune.
Requirements
- Degree in IT System Engineer, Information Technology Degree, or equivalent
- Willingness and ability to work in a global distributed team
- Minimum 3 years experience in Windows (10) client area
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Good knowledge of network infrastructure and Active Directory integration
- Knowledge in Client deployment mechanisms (MDT, SCCM, etc.)
- Good knowledge of scripting (especially PowerShell)
- Good communication skills: Fluent in English language
- Good Knowledge of MacOS
- Basic Knowledge of SQL
- Service, teamwork and customer focus
- Working in virtual teams
- 2 to 3 years experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments
- Knowledge about ITIL, ITSM, SCRUM
