Responsible for the Informatica Platform support, ETL monitoring and break/fix where agreed, including minor enhancements, by coordinating the MSP teams that provide the services, and ensure the platform is operating and performing optimally. Plan and execute minor platform upgrades, ensure enhancements are completed in a timely manner and on-board new ETL and Data Integration applications. Acquire sufficient knowledge of new additional platforms to plan support and maintenance requirements and ensure they are carried out. Responsible for working with Biogen Infrastructure and Vendors to ensure the platform performs optimally and any escalated problems are resolved in a timely manner. Specific responsibilities include: Coordinate MSP partners that provide monitoring, incident management and enhancement services. Maintain Informatica Platform, provide use guidelines, ensure hot fixes, service packs and minor upgrades are applied per vendor recommendations. Monitor MSP teams performance in VSM, provide point of escalation for problem resolution, coordinate issue resolution with Infrastructure and Vendors. Plan Enterprise Services service provisions in conjunction with team. Review products suite, maintenance provisions, Vendor roadmaps, known requirements from upcoming projects and expected on-boarding as inputs for financial, resource and effort planning for Enterprise Services team.
