About The Position

The scope includes serving as a liaison between business owners, contract managers, and the development team. Responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, translating information from meetings and written materials into mock-ups, process models, and process flow models, meeting with stakeholders to discuss business processes, translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications, and assisting with creating process flow models and documentation. The candidate will complete a series of tasks required for the application modernization project and the maintenance of core applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of IT business/industry work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience performing business analysis on IT projects.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Requirements Gathering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Minimum 7 years of experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Minimum 7 years of experience designing, maintaining, and scaling custom automated testing frameworks from scratch (e.g., using Page Object Model).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in automation testing: designing, writing, and executing automation test scripts using a variety of tools (Selenium or similar) to verify system functionality and find software bugs.
• Minimum 7 years of experience generating automation scripts and updating existing scripts to align with ongoing UI shifts and new feature deployments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in REST API and Microservices testing: executing endpoint validation, contract checks, and payload verification using Insomnia, Postman, or similar API tools.
• Minimum 7 years of experience translating functional specifications into technical specifications from which programmers can construct the solution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience translating business requirements into use cases/user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Minimum 7 years of experience translating information from meetings and written materials into mock-ups, process models, and/or process flow models.
• Minimum 7 years of experience creating technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Minimum 7 years of experience collaborating with QA teams, coordinating UAT schedules, conducting UAT sessions, and guiding business testers through workflows.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with process model diagram tools, such as Microsoft Visio.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing: validating system functionality by authoring test scenarios and executing manual checks against business requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Skills and experience in deriving business process and data requirements from reading and analyzing process and systems documentation.
• Skills and experience in creating data dictionaries.
