About The Position

As a Senior IT Application Analyst, you’ll help modernize and support the enterprise applications Community Transit employees rely on every day. You’ll provide senior-level technical leadership across our enterprise application portfolio – solving complex problems, shaping technical solutions, coordinating integrations and enhancements, and ensuring applications are reliable, secure, and sustainable. You’ll partner across business departments, IT teams, project teams, and vendors to navigate dependencies, resolve issues, and successfully transition new and changing systems into operation. We’re looking for an experienced application professional who brings strong technical judgment, problem-solving, and collaboration skills and is comfortable leading complex work across teams. You’ll also mentor other analysts, strengthen technical practices, and help build long-term application support capabilities. PeopleSoft and strong data management experience are especially valuable, particularly for candidates excited to apply that expertise while transitioning to modern, cloud-based ERP and HCM platforms.
