About The Position

As a Senior ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. You will manage daily production activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals and customer demands. The role impacts production productivity and quality, supports smooth supply chain operations, and contributes to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is based 100% onsite in Palmetto, Florida. The schedule is a weekend/day shift: eight-hour days on Friday and Monday and 12-hour days on Saturday and Sunday. The candidate must be a U.S. person, defined in the posting as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or someone with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Requirements

At least 5 years of production supervision experience in integrated supply chain or manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on process optimization and team leadership.
Proficient knowledge of production management systems and quality control methodologies.
Strong skills in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques to drive operational efficiency.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to production operations.
Ability to use production planning and ERP software tools to monitor and manage production schedules effectively.
Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in pressure vessel manufacturing.
Background in welding and/or fitting.
Proven experience leading production teams and managing complex manufacturing processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen.
Good understanding of supply chain integration and cross-functional collaboration.
