About The Position

As an iOS & Android Mobile Developer, you will design, develop, and support enterprise-grade mobile applications that deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance user experiences. This role requires deep expertise in native mobile development, modern architecture patterns, Agile delivery practices, and technical leadership to drive the successful delivery of complex mobile solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of professional native Android development experience delivering enterprise-scale mobile applications.
Strong expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Android Jetpack Libraries, and Gradle.
Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting production mobile applications.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, mobile integrations, and modern Android architecture patterns.
Experience working in Agile environments with sprint planning, estimation, release planning, and cross-team collaboration.
Demonstrated technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, mentoring, and engineering governance.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release automation, and mobile application lifecycle management.
Knowledge of feature flags, staged rollouts, analytics, crash reporting, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical decision-making skills; experience in highly regulated or high-availability environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality native mobile applications and features.
Build scalable and maintainable mobile solutions using modern development frameworks and architecture patterns.
Lead implementation of complex mobile features from design through production deployment and support.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, designers, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements.
Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and enforce engineering best practices and coding standards.
Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and enterprise backend services.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, release planning, and dependency management.
Optimize application performance, reliability, stability, and user experience across devices.
Support production releases, troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue resolution activities.
Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across development initiatives.
