About The Position

We are looking for a financial analyst to support the investor relations and accounting function of a mid-market private equity client. The role primarily focuses on the data collection and reporting for limited partner financial reporting and portfolio company financial information. Requirements

3+ years of experience in a private equity related accounting or reporting role.
Must have the ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar discipline.

Responsibilities

Complete quarterly data reporting requests from LPs
Near term cash flow projection
Quarterly data templates (includes portfolio company operating metrics, valuation metrics and capital account metrics)
Operational due diligence requests
ESG/ DEI questionnaires (extracting data from Novata)
Assist with fundraising requests that are data based (these are similar to routine quarterly requests)
Quarterly reporting
Uploading cashflows and financials on ilevel
Managing investment team input into Quarterly Reports
Input fund financial information into Quarterly Reports
Managing approval processes, including legal/ finance/ compliance
Maintaining and updating master cash flow file for all alt fund vehicles
Assist with capital call/ distribution notices
Various ad hoc data requests
