Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing internship programs within Mass General Brigham’s Youth Programs, with the goal of enhancing the skills, knowledge, and professional growth of students. This position is dedicated to developing and supporting internship opportunities specific to all Edward M. Kennedy Academy for Health Careers (EMK) students, including those who have developed deep healthcare skills and industry-recognized certifications as part of their healthcare-focused Career and Technical Education (CTE) program. This position works closely with MGB clinical and clinical education staff, as well as EMK students, school staff, and community partners to strengthen connections between the classroom and healthcare careers. In support of these efforts, this position coordinates key components of the Academic Year Internship Program and Summer Jobs Program, including recruitment, onboarding, student support, internship placements, supervisor communication, and data tracking. The position also works on multiple team projects simultaneously.
