About The Position

This role is about shaping how a global company understands itself. Pax8 is growing, changing and continuously redefining what comes next. As our Senior Internal Communications Manager, you’ll work directly with executive leaders to find the story inside complex business decisions and make it meaningful to employees across the organisation. Your work could take you from a company-wide leadership announcement to a global all-hands, an organisational transformation or the narrative behind a major enterprise initiative. Different audience. Different challenge. Same goal: helping people understand where we’re going and why it matters. If you’re energised by variety, comfortable advising senior leaders and skilled at making complexity feel clear, we’d love to talk. The best Internal Communications professionals don’t wait for someone to hand them the message. They ask the right questions, challenge unclear thinking and help leaders communicate with confidence. You’ll own communications for a portfolio of corporate functions and enterprise initiatives, giving you a voice in some of the most visible and strategically important work happening across Pax8. You'll join a collaborative global Internal Communications team where people bring diverse expertise, share ideas and support one another while remaining trusted to own their work. The work is high-profile, the pace can be fast, and no two weeks look are the same. You'll partner with leaders across every function, build relationships with executive stakeholders and contribute to a function that continues to evolve and grow. The team combines high standards with a down-to-earth approach, creating an environment where people challenge each other, learn from each other and genuinely enjoy working together.
