About The Position

GTMR is seeking a Senior Intelligence Support Specialist to provide intelligence expertise to DAMO-SO and ensure alignment with Army objectives. The role coordinates with the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD) staff, and Army organizations to inform strategies, policies, and resource prioritization. The specialist integrates intelligence into compartmentalized, sensitive, and non-kinetic activities that support Army operations.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Intelligence Studies or National Security.
• 10+ years of intelligence support experience, including work with the Intelligence Community and Joint operations.
• Familiarity with HQDA systems and processes.
• Ability to travel in support of DAMO-SOW requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of HQDA processes and intelligence systems.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize intelligence into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with Intelligence Community, DoD, and Army stakeholders.
• Proficiency in preparing clear and concise briefings and documentation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies or National Security.
• Experience with ACP and MDO frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to respond to high-level inquiries with concise and accurate intelligence analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence analysis to support ACP objectives and the operationalization of MDO tenets.
• Coordinate with the Intelligence Community and other external organizations on intelligence matters related to compartmentalized, sensitive, and non-kinetic activities.
• Conduct operational and strategic intelligence analysis to inform Army policies and resource decisions.
• Research inquiries from Congress and draft comprehensive responses.
• Prepare briefings, SITREPs, and other communication products to support DAMO-SO initiatives.
