About The Position

Hyperion Solutions Group, LLC has an immediate opening for an Intelligence Analyst/Language in the Washington, D.C./Alexandria, VA area. This role involves executing and leading research, analysis, and evaluation efforts, including studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports. The position requires producing deliverables in various formats to meet diverse requirements and schedules, and providing mid- to high-level analytical assessments and advice on complex issues requiring extensive subject-matter knowledge. The role may also involve attending symposia and meetings at the ARSTAF and DOD level.

Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of roles, missions and functions of Intelligence organizations, and TRADOC
  • Demonstrated knowledge of: DLI Language Training
  • Demonstrated knowledge of: Language maintenance/sustainment resources and programs
  • Demonstrated knowledge of: Army language-coded billet requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of: Linguist support for DoD activities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of: Programming and resourcing Army Foreign Language Programs
  • Demonstrated briefing and writing skills.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree; advanced intelligence discipline training; or other equivalent DoD or service Intelligence experience
  • Minimum Experience: Fourteen (14) years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst with experience from tactical to strategic.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing Army Linguists.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in the Army Foreign Language Policy and Programs.
  • Has served as a staff action officer at the HQDA (DCS, G-2 preferred) or Joint (J-2 preferred) or OSD (OUSD (I) preferred) or a closely related DOD organization/agency.
  • Must have active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Executes and on occasion, leads research, analysis, and evaluation efforts as well as studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports, which may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations.
  • Deliverables shall be produced in a variety of formats to meet a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Provides mid- to high-level analytical assessments and advice on complex issues that require extensive subject-matter knowledge.
  • May attend various types of symposia and meetings at the ARSTAF and DOD level.
  • Capable of conducting research and drafting executive summaries, presentations, information papers, and decision papers for senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated briefing and writing skills.
  • Experience in preparation and presentation of briefings to senior leaders and other ARSTAF action officers.
  • May attend various types of meetings and symposia at the ARSTAF and DOD level.
