About The Position

The Senior Integration Specialist will lead the design, development, and support of enterprise integrations. This role is responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations across SaaS applications, cloud, and on-premise systems while providing technical leadership, delivery oversight, and best practices within our integration landscape.

Requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong expertise with Boomi AtomSphere process development
• Experience with common Boomi connectors (REST, SOAP, Database, SFTP, etc)
• Solid understanding of integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, pub/sub, request/response)
• Experience designing and supporting APIs
• Proficiency with data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV
• Strong understanding of security and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, basic auth, certificates)
• Experience supporting cloud, hybrid, on-premise and SaaS Partner integration environments
• Proficient with API testing tools like Postman, database schemas, tables, views, package and procedure creation.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and integration architecture reviews
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with event streaming or messaging platforms

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations using Boomi AtomSphere
• Lead integration architecture decisions, including process design, data mapping, and error handling strategies
• Build and manage REST and SOAP APIs using Boomi API Management
• Implement real-time, event-driven, and batch integrations
• Configure and manage Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and Atom Clouds
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of Boomi processes
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Establish and maintain integration standards, patterns, and technical documentation
• Manage contract and third-party developers, providing technical leadership, delivery oversight, and guidance on Boomi best practices to ensure high-quality, on-time integration solutions
• Partner with application owners, vendors, and business stakeholders to gather and refine integration requirements
• Support system upgrades, data migrations, and cloud integration initiatives
• Ensure integrations comply with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements
• Other responsibilities as assigned
