About The Position

The Senior Integration Engineer is a technical deployment and integration specialist on Medtronic’s Visual Process Monitoring Deployment Acceleration Team. The role onboards manufacturing equipment, machine vision systems, and operational technologies into the Analytics for Manufacturing Imaging (AMI) ecosystem, implementing reusable integration patterns and enabling image and process data connectivity for AI-enabled visual process monitoring across Medtronic’s global manufacturing network. The position partners with manufacturing sites and engineering teams to assess equipment, deploy data collection infrastructure and connectivity services, and ensure deployed systems support image acquisition, metadata capture, model execution, monitoring, and visualization. It also develops reusable deployment approaches, improves deployment automation and scalability, troubleshoots integration issues, supports commissioning and sustainment, and creates documentation and training materials. The role is based at Medtronic’s Rice Creek, Minnesota facility and works onsite four days per week. It requires 25% travel. The position is eligible for the Medtronic Incentive Plan. The listed U.S. salary range is $124,800 to $187,200, excluding Puerto Rico and specified California locations.
