Requirements

10+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture.
Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
Deep experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and data modeling.
Experience working with legacy systems modernization and migration initiatives.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container technologies is preferred.
Experience with microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise security standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience modernizing government, judicial, or large enterprise systems.
Exposure to hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
Familiarity with legacy technologies and integration frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design and lead enterprise application architecture using Java and Oracle technologies.
Support modernization of legacy systems, including monolithic and on-prem applications.
Define migration strategies toward cloud-native and service-oriented architectures.
Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architecture governance.
Optimize application performance, database design, and system integration.
Develop integration strategies across legacy and modern platforms.
Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and modernization roadmaps.
