About The Position

Intapp is looking for a Technical Architect to join our Services organization and help ensure that client implementations are built for maximum efficiency, consistency, and long-term value. In this senior advisory role, you will shape best practices, collaborate directly with our Product and Engineering teams, and provide hands-on guidance for our most complex, strategic services engagements. You will serve as the technical voice of services delivery across Support, Sales, Product Management, Services, and Engineering — helping Intapp deliver outcomes that matter to the world's leading professional firms.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, with extensive experience implementing enterprise software architecture and technologies
Technical architecture experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications in B2B domains
5+ years of experience in LegalTech or FinTech
Extensive knowledge of cloud and enterprise middleware technologies, REST & other APIs, design patterns, service security, scalability, and cloud platforms

Nice To Haves

2+ years of hands-on implementation experience using data integrations with BOOMI (preferred)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for implementing Intapp products, driving consistency and quality across services delivery teams
Collaborate with delivery teams across business units to design implementation plans for engagements that span multiple product segments
Create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations in product applications and integration services
Advise and consult on strategic or complex services projects, including hands-on technical implementation work where needed
Engage technical and business stakeholders to articulate architectural vision and guide Product and Engineering teams in defining client solutions
