About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Integration Architect / Technical Lead for a hybrid contract-to-hire position with a regional financial institution in Columbus, Ohio. The role designs, leads, and delivers enterprise integration solutions supporting customer engagement, contact center, and digital platforms. It involves architecting scalable, secure, and resilient solutions using Genesys Cloud CX, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and modern API-driven integration technologies. The position serves as technical lead for integration initiatives from project inception through production deployment, providing architecture guidance, design reviews, and technical oversight while ensuring solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, cloud, and integration standards. Compensation is $63.00–$73.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX.
At least 7 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions.
Experience serving as a Technical Lead on large-scale technology initiatives.
Deep understanding of RESTful API design, integration, and security best practices.
Strong knowledge of microservices, cloud-native application architectures, and event-driven design patterns.
Experience with Genesys Cloud CX administration, APIs, Notifications API, Data Actions, and Architect Flows.
Experience with cloud platforms.
Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, mTLS, and WebSockets.
Experience with architecture and modeling, including ArchiMate, UML, and sequence diagrams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Must be available and ready to work directly as a Genesis10 employee.

Nice To Haves

Google Cloud Platform experience, including Apigee API Gateway, Cloud Run, Bigtable, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and IAM.
Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
AWS experience.
Experience integrating SaaS platforms with enterprise applications.
Experience supporting AI, conversational AI, or virtual assistants.
Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
Google Cloud or Genesys Cloud certifications.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end integration architectures for customer engagement, contact center, and digital experiences.
Define and implement integration patterns using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, WebSockets, and asynchronous messaging.
Architect scalable, highly available, and secure cloud-native solutions using Google Cloud Platform services.
Develop conceptual, logical, and physical architecture artifacts using ArchiMate and other enterprise architecture modeling techniques.
Lead integration initiatives technically from project inception through production deployment.
Provide architecture guidance, design reviews, and technical oversight for development teams.
Design solutions that comply with enterprise architecture, security, cloud, and integration standards.
Lead architecture and integration efforts involving the Genesys Cloud CX platform.
