About The Position

Reliance is seeking a Senior Installer to join their team. This role involves professionally installing HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. The Senior Installer will ensure the safe operation of all new installations, instruct customers on proper care and maintenance, and create positive customer relationships by offering additional company products and services. The position requires adherence to all safety rules, explaining the benefits of efficient equipment, maintaining company vehicles, and successfully obtaining HVAC leads and enrolling customers in the CPP program to meet company performance targets. This is an opportunity to learn and grow within a customer service-oriented team.

Requirements

• Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Domestic Gas Fitter B license.
• Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to work rotating shifts as required.
• Physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
• Able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity).
• Willing to wear Company provided uniform.

Responsibilities

• Professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance.
• Create a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety rules.
• Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
• Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
• Successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets.
