About The Position

Reliance is seeking a Senior Installer to join their team. This role involves professionally installing HVAC equipment, ensuring safe operation, and educating customers on maintenance. The Senior Installer will also be responsible for building positive customer relationships, offering additional company products and services, and adhering to all safety rules. A key aspect of the role is explaining the benefits of high-efficiency equipment and identifying leads for HVAC services. The position requires maintaining a company vehicle, obtaining HVAC leads, and meeting company performance targets.

Requirements

• Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Domestic Gas Fitter B license
• Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to work rotating shifts as required.
• Physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
• Able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity).
• Willing to wear Company provided uniform.

Responsibilities

• Professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance.
• Create a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety rules.
• Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
• Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
• Successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets.
