Develops NNSA Insider Threat positions to support detection and analysis of Insider Threats using government and commercial systems for identifying suspicious activities and potential insider threats, utilizing data analytics to discern irregular patterns and behaviors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the efficacy of security technologies, encompassing Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and User and Entity Behavioral Analytics (UEBA), in safeguarding sensitive information. Collects and analyzes policy and disparate information to assist NNSA Insider Protection Program Manager and NNSA Local Insider Threat Working Groups to coordinate and develop comprehensive information sharing processes for managing insider threats, ensuring adherence to NITTF and DOE benchmarks and regulatory mandates. Formulates NNSA policy positions to provide NNSA enterprise-wide information sharing insider threat risk mitigation strategies to better integrate DOE ITP responsibilities, ensuring that the DSO can centrally manage all aspects of the ITP. Develops NNSA NA-70 strategies for accessing data for insider threat analysis from multiple sources. Developing processes to track actions taken in response to data sharing findings and recommendations NNSA ITP receives from independent assessments and provide coordinate NNSA input to DOE ITP annual reports to include actions ITP has taken to address program assessment findings and recommendation NNSA ICW with contracting officers, to ensure contractor specific data sharing ITP responsibilities are clearly stated and consistently applied across sites. NNSA work with ITP stakeholders to assess the programs human, financial and technical resources and make recommendations identify all departmental resources that support ITP data sharing.
