Responsibilities

  • Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process.
  • Performs technical sales support at customer sites, or on a multiple-site basis.
  • Resolves technical product/service issues.
  • Assists customers during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization’s products and/or services.
  • Provide technical information and explanations to both internal/external customers.
  • Contributes to developing and improving current sales processes.
  • Utilize current business system to establish price and discounts by customer and provides immediate documented response to customer inquiries.
  • Support the entire OEM sales team with selections and quotations as needed.
  • Support OEM House Accounts with quotations and grow these accounts with Armstrong products and services.
  • Answers customer telephone inquiries with professionalism and courteously.
