About The Position

The Senior, Inpatient Case Manager RN, assumes responsibility, accountability and leadership for the daily operations including coordination of work, quality, and service for inpatient case management. Assist supervisor for assigned site/function. Participates in the work activities of assigned teams and provides case management services as needed. Maintains fiscal accountability for departmental activities. Provides feedback on hiring and evaluations of personnel. Functions in one of the following practice settings: Hospitals only.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) in VA or NC or Compact/Multi-state REQUIRED
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• Case Management (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC, or CMGT-BC) certification is required within one year of eligibility.
• 3 years nursing experience REQUIRED, preferred in Acute Care setting
• 3 years Case Management experience preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
