Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer

Overland AI•Seattle, WA
•$200,000 - $240,000

About The Position

Overland AI is building off-road autonomy, and its software infrastructure enables teams to experiment safely, move quickly, and ship mission-critical systems. The Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer will design and build internal platforms, libraries, and tooling that improve engineering speed and reliability. The position sits at the intersection of software engineering, developer experience, and platform tooling, and involves identifying areas for improvement and contributing to shared libraries, service frameworks, and internal tools used across AI, robotics, and backend systems. The engineer will help establish rigor in observability, security, CI/CD, and service deployment, while contributing to DevOps, infrastructure as code, compliance, and broader infrastructure initiatives. The work spans physical infrastructure and cloud platforms, DevSecOps, SRE, field deployments, and software engineering, requiring collaboration across traditional role boundaries. This position is based in Seattle, Washington.
