The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is a hands-on, elite technical generalist responsible for solving Brook & Whittle's infrastructure problems wherever they occur: servers, networking, cloud, or DevOps. This is a deeply technical role built for someone who can be handed any infrastructure problem and own it through to resolution without being routed to a specialist. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, this role works alongside an experienced team of infrastructure professionals supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, hybrid identity, multi-vendor networking, and core enterprise systems across multiple North American manufacturing facilities. The Senior Infrastructure Engineer brings enterprise-level foresight to everything they build: standardized, scalable, documented, and repeatable, not one-off fixes that only the builder can maintain. This role supports both corporate-office and manufacturing shop-floor environments, where downtime can directly impact production, shipping, customer service, and revenue. The ideal candidate is a technically elite infrastructure generalist who can diagnose and resolve problems across diverse and unfamiliar systems, catch risk before it becomes an incident, and build infrastructure with the discipline and scale of thinking an enterprise organization requires.
