About The Position

As a Sr. Infra/Devops Engineer, you will be a key individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and maintaining stable, secure, and highly scalable cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to automate delivery pipelines, implement robust observability solutions, and improve overall system availability and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Deep working knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.).
  • Strong experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
  • Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience building pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments, networking protocols, load balancing, CDN, and DNS administration.
  • Familiarity managing and supporting databases (e.g., MySQL, DynamoDB) and caching solutions (e.g., Redis).
  • Excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Design, provision, and maintain highly available and resilient infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Build, optimize, and secure continuous delivery and integration pipelines to ensure fast, zero-downtime, and reliable software deployments.
  • Manage and scale containerized application environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and proactive incident management.
  • Lead capacity planning, automated scaling strategies, disaster recovery testing, and blue-green deployment strategies.
  • Enforce security best practices, networking standards, access controls, and data protection across public cloud infrastructure.
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks to empower product teams and reduce developer friction throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
