About The Position

Mano Lani LLC is seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Manager to oversee project staffing, schedules, deliverables, and day-to-day coordination for technology and data-focused projects. This position will work closely with client stakeholders, technical teams, and company leadership to keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with customer requirements. The ideal candidate has experience managing technical projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities while providing guidance across complex project activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing information technology, data, software, GIS, or related technical projects.
  • Experience managing project schedules, staffing, deliverables, and competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to meet applicable client access requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing projects involving GIS, data management, software applications, or enterprise information systems.
  • Experience supporting government, facilities, real property, or asset management programs.
  • Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or related GIS technologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management certification is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules, staffing, priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate the work of technical, analytical, and support teams.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Ensure project requirements and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project coordination and status updates.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate priorities, decisions, and follow-up actions.
  • Work with technical leads and subject matter experts to resolve project issues.
  • Prepare project status reports, schedules, briefings, and other management documentation.
  • Support resource planning and help ensure appropriate staffing across project activities.
  • Identify potential schedule, staffing, or technical risks and recommend practical solutions.
  • Maintain effective communication between client stakeholders, project teams, and company leadership.
  • Provide guidance across multiple technical assignments as needed.
